These terms apply to this website and to digital products sold by Kernel Panic Records, operated by Jonatan Rocha, Brazil (CNPJ 58.330.612/0001-22).
Products
We sell downloadable digital products (PDF cheat sheets). Purchases are processed and delivered by Gumroad, and payments may be handled by Gumroad or Stripe. Their terms also apply to the checkout.
License
When you buy a product you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it yourself or within your own team. You may print it. You may not resell, redistribute or publish it publicly.
Educational content
Videos and products are educational. Commands and advice are provided “as is”; always test in a safe environment before running anything in production. We are not liable for damage resulting from their use, to the extent permitted by law.
Prices
Prices are shown in USD and may change; the price at checkout is the one you pay. Taxes may be added by the payment processor.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without limiting any consumer rights you have where you live.
